show up, be present, go after what they desire with more confidence and conviction.
They’re becoming fearless in the face of adversity.
Or so the story goes…
However, like any great movement there’s likely to be a a few great people feeling left behind. And those people may be going down a slippery slope of self sabotaging beliefs.
Do you have to be 100% fearless, embrace every single flaw, and love every piece of you every single day no matter what happens? No, you don’t.
And to be honest, I’m not entirely convinced that its even feasible.
Having doubts, bad days, or wishing away a body flaw or two, should not exclude you from celebrating yourself, showing up, practicing self love, and going after what you desire.

I’m not saying be someone else. That would entirely contradict everything I believe in and what I want for you and your boudoir experience. I am saying - give your everyday self a much needed break and tap into your second identity.
When we have conversations with ourselves, we see ourselves in two different ways:
The everyday right now you.
And the better version you envision or dream you will become.
Number #2 is your alter ego.
Putting on your alter ego can help you feel more confident during your session because:
It allows you to be relieved of shame, guilt, and negative self talk so that you can redirect your mindset and focus on what you love about yourself.
And, it transforms you into your heroic self. The self that can help you see your full potential.
Now go ahead, babe. TRY-IT-ON.

Before your shoot we will visit together and talk about styling and wardrobe. A fun way to kick off the conversation is to bring in samples.
