Recently, we did a boudoir session at our Scottsdale Boudoir Studio with Miss E., a mom who had gone through a divorce looking to re-find her sexy side. As a powerhouse in her career, a dedicated mother, and a woman who takes a lot of pride in nurturing her body, most aspects of her life already exuded an abundance of confidence.
Ultimately, a boudoir session with us would help her rediscover her sensuality, reconnect with herself, and take back her sexy!
Her story is something that a lot of women can relate to. This woman is truly admirable and I am so thankful to have had her in our studio! After her session we asked her about her boudoir experience — what inspired her, what she loved most, and any advice she might have for other women considering their very own boudoir session.

What inspired you to pursue a Scottsdale boudoir session?
I heard about it from make up artists over the past year or so and was always intrigued.
I am recently divorced and a new-ish mom and had lost my "sexy vibes" over the last 3 years of this - so wanted to re-find my sexy side.
Why did you choose Bella Jade Boudoir in Scottsdale Arizona for your Boudoir Experience?
Her style of photos resonated with me.
Do you consider yourself a confident person or more of a work in progress? Did this boudoir experience change the way you see yourself?
I'm confident - maybe it doesn't seem that way posing lol but I am proud of my body and love it. I work very hard to keep it healthy. This photo shoot just demonstrated a different side. I default to feeling strong in my body but this was a softer sexy side that I typically am not as confident in.
Did you have any fears going into this? Were you able to overcome them?
Not really - but it is a bit awkward posing sexy for a camera. I'd like to continue to explore this.
What was your favorite part about your Scottsdale boudoir experience?
Christina and her make up artist were amazing. Super funny. Made me look gorgeous!
Do you have any advice for someone considering their own boudoir photo shoot?
Find the boudoir photographer that matches your personality as well as photo style -but definitely do it :)
